“Is anything too hard for the Lord?” (Genesis 18:14, NKJV)
PONDER THIS!
When Abraham was ninety-nine years old, God spoke to him through an angel, informing Abraham that He was to father a son through his, then eighty nine year old wife Sarah, and the child would be born the next year. As Abraham and Sarah both laughed and questioned the announcement that these two, well beyond child bearing years individuals, would have a son at their age, the angel asked the question, “Is anything too hard for the Lord?” The answer of course is a definitive, “NO.” No, there is nothing too hard for the Lord.
We too must remember when faced with the temptation to doubt and fear, “there is no-thing too hard for God.” No matter what the difficulty. There is no-thing too hard for God. Even if your problem seems insurmountable, there is no-thing too hard for God.
1. What is the “thing” you are facing right now that seems too hard for you?
2. Do you know that whatever you are facing or are confronted with, no-thing is too difficult for God to handle?
3. Does your faith and your confidence rest on the fact that no-thing is too hard for God?
Encourage yourself in this. Declare it to yourself and before that problem. Speak life over dead situations by pronouncing the truth of God’s power, there is no-thing too hard for God. In fact, declare it where you are right now, NO-THING IS TOO HARD FOR GOD!
