"and (Elijah) said to his servant, “Go up now, look toward the sea.” So he went up and looked, and said, “There is nothing.” And seven times he said, “Go again.” (I Kings 18:43 NJKV)
PONDER THIS!
For those of you who are praying and waiting for the promises of God to be manifested in your life, allow me to repeat the words of the prophet Elijah to you, "Go again."
1. Are you waiting on God to answer your prayer about something?
2. Have you begun to grow weary or despondent about praying because it seems you are not being heard?
3. Have you fallen prey to the temptation to give up praying all together?
Don't stop praying. Don't stop believing. Don't allow the devil, the deceiver, to cause you to believe God does not have the best in store for you. "Go again." If your faith has grown weak, believe again. If your heart has been broken, "love again." If your trust has been betrayed, "trust again." God has great things coming your way. It is for you. It is yours. And you will receive it. You will see it. It will manifest itself in your life, if you simply refuse to give up. Just GO AGAIN?
