"And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19, NKJV)
PONDER THIS!
In this, the letter to the Christians in Philippi, Paul is thanking them for their generosity in giving to him when he was in need. Paul informs them that their generosity would not go unrewarded, for God would supply all their needs, “according to His riches in glory . . .”
Understand the context and the principle. Paul informs the Christians in Philippi that because they “first” gave, God would in turn “supply all their needs.” If they had not given first, there would be no promise of their needs being met.
1. Do you understand the principle of giving and receiving?
2. Do you know that God provides the needs of those who provides the needs of others?
3. Paul celebrated the Christians in Philippi’s willingness to give to support Kingdom work. Do you give to support the work of the Kingdom of God?
4. Can you be a witness that when you give to the work of the Kingdom, God really will supply ALL YOU NEED!
