Church Service Registration
REGISTRATIONS WEEKLY MONDAY 8A - THURSDAY NOON
OR UNTIL REACHING CAPACITY LIMIT
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

All attendees must reserve their place in Church ahead of time and follow the following safeguards:
​
· All attendees should maintain social distance from each other, except for members of the same family or household.
· Attendees will sit in assigned seating which will seat every row, and some distance of space will be maintained between individuals & households.
· All attendees will have to undergo temperature screening.
· All are required to wear face masks.
· No handshaking, hugs, or other physical greetings.

Please follow the prompts to pre-register you and your family for your weekly worship times. Registration will close the Thursday before the designated Sunday. Only register for one service per Sunday. The system will allow you to register a family group (please put a space in between each name when entering multiple names on the online form). Capacity is limited, so please only register if you plan on attending. If you are unable to attend after making your reservation, please notify the church office or by selecting "Sorry, can’t attend" on the online registration form. Those of you that are unable to register online, can call the Church office during normal business hours to register for service. Reservations will not be altered at the door.

Please note that the church is following the suggested COVID-19 Guidelines. The church is practicing the following COVID precautions: masks, temperature checks, social distancing, and tracking. Timing is also very important in this process as entrance doors will close at the start of each worship service. Also, you are encouraged to attend the entire service from start to finish. The team has worked hard to get the process for re-entry together. Your patience and grace are requested for the team serving.

ARRIVAL
TIMING IS IMPORTANT. THERE IS ABOUT A 30-40 MINUTE TIME WINDOW FOR CHECK-IN FOR WORSHIP EXPERIENCE AND DOORS WILL CLOSE AT THE BEGINNING OF WORSHIP SERVICE. NO LATECOMERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN. HERE IS THE SUGGESTED TIME WINDOW FOR ARRIVAL:

8:00 A.M. Service
ARRIVAL FOR CHECK-IN 7:15 A.M. – 7:55 A.M.,
DOORS CLOSE AT 8:00 A.M.

10:00 A.M. Service
ARRIVAL FOR CHECK-IN 9:30 A.M. – 9:55 A.M.,
DOORS CLOSE AT 10:00 A.M.

Important Changes:
New Services Schedule
To accommodate cleaning, we will be adjusting our schedule to 8 AM & 10 AM worship times, until further notice. All regularly touched surfaces will be disinfected after each service.
Entrance & Check-In
The front entrance is the only entrance that will be utilized for attendees. Upon entering the vestibule, you will sanitize your hands, verify your registration, and have your temperature taken. After registration verification and your temperature has been taken, you will be seated by an usher.

Hand Sanitizer Stations
Hand sanitizing stations are provided at entrances. All are encouraged to use before & after services.

No Bulletins or Collection
We will not be passing out bulletins or any other materials during our services. Additionally, there will be no walking for giving. Please consider contributing online. If you would like to sow your seed onsite, please sow your seed at the doors when entering and exiting the sanctuary.
Sunday School & Children’s Church
There will be no Sunday School or Children’s Church at this time.
Nursery Will Be Closed
Unfortunately, we cannot offer childcare during our service. Children will sit with their parents during service.

Seating
Once you have been ushered into the sanctuary, you will be seated in an assigned seat. Seating is done with social distancing in mind. Assigned seating helps with tracking and seating families in the appropriate areas. Only those who have registered together will be seated together. The seating chart is done before Sunday and seats cannot be altered.
Worship
Those attending worship are encouraged to worship freely from their seats. You may stand, lift your hands, sing along with the Praise Team, and respond verbally during the sermon. We ask that you keep walking down to a minimum. Please bring everything you need with you into the building, so that once you are seated you may stay in your area.
Bathrooms
You are allowed to go to the bathroom. It is encouraged that you go before the service starts.
Orderly Dismissals
To ensure social distancing, we will ask the congregation to leave one pew at a time. Please wait on an usher to dismiss your pew! We ask that you leave the Church immediately after the service concludes.

Continuation of Online Services
We will continue to stream our services live online weekly! We pray that those who cannot join us in person will continue joining us online.
